1. The basic rule
Use SoVPN only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to harm other people, networks or services.
This applies to the VPN and to any proxies you buy from SoVPN.
2. What is not allowed
You may not use SoVPN to:
- carry out or help with anything illegal
- send spam, mass messages or ads people didn't ask for
- attack, scan or break into other systems, including denial-of-service attacks
- spread malware or run phishing pages
- upload or download material that infringes copyright
- harass, threaten or scam anyone
- resell your account or share it with others without our permission
3. Local laws
VPNs are restricted or banned in some countries. Following the law where you are, and where you connect to, is your responsibility. SoVPN does not give legal advice.
4. What we do about abuse
Since we keep no activity logs, we act on credible reports and on abuse that shows up at the network level, such as a sudden flood of outgoing spam or attack traffic.
The account involved can be restricted, suspended or closed. Plan time and balance on a closed account are not refunded.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing SoVPN, let us know from the Support tab in the dashboard. Dates and IP addresses help if you have them.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when needed. The date at the top shows the version in force.
