Not recorded
Our servers do not note which sites or apps you open, and they do not keep the content of what you send or receive. DNS lookups that go through our resolvers are not saved.
Your source IP and the times you connect and disconnect are not stored either. Without these, there is nothing on our side that links a session to a person.

Stored to run your account
When you sign up, the site creates an account token that looks like sox_XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. We never save the token itself. We keep a hash of it, which is a one-way scrambled value, plus its last 4 characters so you can tell which token an account uses. At login we compare hashes. We also keep your payments and the start and end dates of your plans.
Because each plan has a device limit, every active connection gets a temporary marker that is erased when you disconnect. It carries no IP and no activity. If you buy proxies, we also store the proxy username, proxy password and any allowed IPs you set, since the gateway checks them when you connect.
One token, no personal details
Signing up asks for no email, name, phone number or password. You save the token, tick two boxes, and the account exists. We never email you, because we have no address.
The flip side: if you lose the token, there is no way to recover the account. Copy it into a password manager or keep the .txt file somewhere safe. Plans are paid from a balance you top up with crypto in the PayGate checkout, so we hold no card or PayPal details.
What a VPN cannot hide
A VPN stops the Wi-Fi owner and your internet provider from reading your traffic. It does not make you anonymous to a site you log in to. Once you log in, that site knows the account is yours.
Cookies and tracking scripts work inside the tunnel as well. The ad and tracker filter on Plus and Pro removes some of them, and your browser's privacy settings are still worth using.
