# SoVPN

> SoVPN is a no-logs VPN with servers in 44 countries and 62 cities. Plans last 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months and the whole period is paid once from a prepaid USD balance topped up with crypto. There is no auto renewal.

- Plus and Pro add ad and tracker blocking, malicious site blocking and Double VPN
- Pro adds one dedicated IP in one of: South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands; and priority support
- No auto renewal. Buying while a plan is active adds the new period after the current one
- Refund: the first VPN plan on an account can be refunded in full to the SoVPN balance within 7 days of purchase

## Account and payment
- Sign up with one account token (looks like sox_XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) and sign in by pasting it. No email, username, password, phone number or name. A lost token cannot be resent or reset, so the account cannot be recovered. Up to 3 accounts per IP address
- Top up the USD balance with crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC) from $5 to $5,000 per payment; the balance does not expire
- Apps (Windows, macOS, iPhone and iPad, Android, Android TV, Linux) and the router WireGuard file are still being prepared. When ready, they will be in the Downloads tab of the dashboard, for accounts with a paid VPN plan. There is no App Store or Google Play listing yet

- Connection: gate.sovpn.store, HTTP/HTTPS port 6100, SOCKS5 port 6200; username and password from the Proxy plans tab of the dashboard, or up to 10 allowed IPv4 addresses
- Orders show as activating until set up; if an order cannot be activated, the full amount returns to the balance. No auto renewal

## No-logs policy
- Not stored: visited sites, traffic content, DNS queries, original IP address, connection times
- Stored: a hash of the account token and its last 4 characters, balance and payment records, plan and end date, a temporary device marker removed on disconnect, proxy login details and allowed IPs
